Dundundun Eastern Infirmary is a very large hospital located in the east side of Pedia's capital Dundundun. With more than 1000 beds, it is the biggest hospital in the country. It mostly specialises in treating injuries, curing serious illnesses and performing surgery; people living in the Colham area are usually only sent there in the case of severe health emergencies. Patients not living in Dundundun often come from Scoton, Morepets, Nerdton and occasionally Ruralia, while others are sometimes airlifted to the hospital from even further away. Its similar, slightly smaller counterpart situated at the other side of Dundundun is Dundundun Western Infirmary.

Dundundun Eastern Infirmary is run extremely well and widely considered the most professionally managed hospital in Pedia - this is likely due to many people from Nerdton working there. It is rivals with Genesiscide Hospital, which has many quacks such as Jan Vickers. The hospital is also getting rather full so it is in the process of being expanded; it will soon have wards next to Dundundun East College. It also receives many prank calls, most commonly from chavvy areas of Dundundun and County Genesiscide.

Many characters in The Bully have been admitted to Dundundun Eastern Infirmary. Harry Smith has been there several times, most notably in the episodes Harry Smith's Boxing Match, Harry Smith's Adopted Sister, Harry Smith and the Gross DVD, Harry Smith Observes a Fight at MacRonald's, Harry Smith Bullies William Fraser and Harry Smith Chucks an Egg. He was also hospitalised there in Harry Smith Takes the Biscuit, although it turned out he was just overreacting to his discovery that some biscuits he ate contained sultanas as a secret ingredient, and in Harry Smith's Perfect Day he was rushed there due to Liam Smith confusing his unusually good behaviour with a serious illness. Edvard Andersson is also a frequent patient.

Dundundun Eastern Infirmary's theme tune is Caduceus Europe from Trauma Center: Second Opinion.
