The Devil's Fry logo, used from 1997 to 2003

The Devil's Fry was a hard rock band based in Dundundun. It was founded in May 1997 and went on a hiatus in January 2014. After the lead singer Dave Frye was run over by a big lorry in Harry Smith and the Road Safety Club, the band have decided not to reform. The band was partially named after Dave's surname. Their signature song is "See My Ways", while other popular singles include "On The Hunt", "What Am I?" and "Take No Chances". While their first three albums were successful, subsequent albums have been met with modest success.

The band notoriously started making use of Auto-Tune in 2005, due to the producer feeling Dave was bad at singing. The use of Auto-Tune has been criticised for sounding out of place in a rock song.

The Devil's Fry had many haters, including Harry Smith, David Marshall, Patrick McCrae, their friends and even their parents. The Black Foot Gang and The Hovedpersons watch their concerts just to laugh at them. The band's albums appear as bad presents in the Switch the Labels! easter egg. On the other hand, the pretentious rocker Angus Gibson claims to be a big fan of The Devil's Fry despite having heard only three of their most well-known songs.
