Halloween Town is a town in County Bleephead, Homia. It is a large town that is obsessed with Halloween. The occasion is celebrated every day, and it is illegal to celebrate other occasions such as Christmas and Easter. It also has a large goth community, as many goths moved into the town as they felt more accepted there. Casper Follet and her brother Simon Follet notably moved in after they left Colham High School due to severe bullying.
