Swotford is a hamlet in County Genesiscide, Pedia near the small town Colham and the hamlet of Lolagia. Harry Smith used to like visiting the hamlet to eat at the former fast food restaurant Gobble N' Fart, situated on the outskirts. Since it converted into a Veggies for Vegans branch, he has never returned.

It is possible that Swotford may be subsumed into Colham if plans to expand it into a much larger town with an estimated population of 55,000 go ahead. A train station is also under construction as part of a new train route between Farthill and Scoton; other stops throughout will include Colham, Kilallt, Dunian and Hellton.

Swotford is derived from the Old English swāt ford, which translates as "sweat ford". The hamlet was originally known as Redham, which is derived from rēad hām, meaning "red village". The hamlet was then nicknamed Swotford, and over time this became its current day name. It was nicknamed this due to the amount of sweaty people living there; coincidentally many smart people also reside in Swotford, although most are planning to move to Nerdton.

According to the 2011 census, Swotford had a population of 130 residents. New homes are being built there regularly, and its 2017 population is estimated to be around 340.

Swotford's population is expected to exceed 600 in 2020 due to two large Noddy housing estates being built on the outskirts of the hamlet.
